Hey friends,
The other day, I was driving down the street. Tunes blasting.
I pull up to a stop light and see a man. Worn black hoodie, sign grasped in hands. It read: “Anything helps. God Bless.”
The same man I see every time at this particular stop light. Consistent…I like it.
My mind flashes to the food box in the back of my car (always gotta have snacks on you).
I grab it.
Rolling down my window, I call out to the man.
His feet shuffle towards my car.
I tell him I have a box full of food and he can have it all.
He looks at me for a moment and takes a protein bar from the box.
Only one.
I assure him he can take more - “please, take the whole box”
He offers me a kind smile and says, “Others need some too, I don't want to take them all.”
As the light turned green, I sat stunned. A man, with nothing to his name, turns down a week's supply of food to make sure others got some too.

⚖️ Morals
Regardless of your circumstances, your personal morals remain the same. Nobody can change the person you choose to be. Build your morals first and they will serve you, regardless of what happens to you in life. (If you want to start somewhere, Ben Franklin has 13 morals that he lived by.
